Lou Ann Udovich of Jackson TN passed away surrounded by her loving family on Friday, December 9, 2022, at the age of 79. Lou Ann was born to Matthew and Estelle (nee Miller Pierce) Kolar on June 13, 1943, in Sheboygan, WI. She was the 7th child of 11 siblings. Lou Ann grew up in the Sheboygan area where she attended grade school and high school, graduating with the class of 1961. On August 10, 1963, she married the love of her life Robert R Udovich and had four children. The couple moved to Jackson TN in 1982. Mr. Frank Norris Carter, age 83, passed away peacefully, Thursday, May 12, 2022, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, TN. He was born November 26, 1938, in Jackson, TN, to the late James Kenneth Carter and Mamie Lake Williams. Mr. Frank retired from the United States Postal Service in Memphis, TN as a service technician for the Bulk Mail Center. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife, Jean Dove Carter.
