Bonnie Jo Gardner, age 90, from McCook, Nebraska, passed peacefully on May 20, 2020 from natural causes. She married her loving, life partner and high school sweetheart, retired U.S. Army Colonel Jack Junior Gardner. They were happily married for 67 years. As an Army spouse of 31 years, she traveled the world: living in Germany, Brazil, and Panama before retiring to Fort Walton Beach, Florida in 1977. Bonnie was classy, sincere, radiant and a loving inspiration to all! She greeted all with a warm, welcoming smile. June Troxell, 81, of Niceville, FL passed away on August 21, 2019. June was born in Hiram, AR on June 7, 1938 to the late Lestel and Naomi Yount. She was preceded in death by her brother, Aubrey Yount. June was an adoring wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She most loved spending time with her family, and will be greatly missed. Survivors include her beloved husband of 48 years, Mike Troxell; daughter Kim Lewis; son Cary Christian and spouse Terri; son Cliff Troxell and spouse Holly; daughter Susan Gray; and son Chad Troxell. Edith McNeill Ayers was born on September 3, 1943 in Atlanta, GA and passed away on July 5, 2019 in Destin, FL. She was predeceased by her mother Roberta Sutherland Crew Ayers Tyne, her father Sanford McNeill Ayers, her sister, Virginia Donalson Ayers, her step-father George Henry Tyne, and the last great love of her life, George Ludington.
