She was born on June 4, 1944, in Hazleton, PA to the late Bernard and Cecelia Brennan. She graduated from Hazleton High School in 1962. In 1964, she married her husband of 58 years, Donald L. Quinones. While residing in Pennsylvania, she worked at several businesses in food and hospitality in Hazleton and Levittown. Her husband and she moved to Guyton in 2002 to live closer to their son and family. She worked in food service for the Effingham County School System and retired in 2017.
