Lou Dunn Coker was born in Canton, Georgia on April 22, 1941. She was the eighth and last child to bless the family of Frank and Molly Dunn. Lou grew up with four brothers and three sisters and she was tough as nails just like the rest of her family. She was a pretty, feisty little girl with a love for the outdoors and her family. She worked for her daddy at his grocery store as a younger lady and then became a full-time homemaker when she married the love of her life. Lou and her husband, James, were married for 50 years at the time of his death in 2012. They loved to travel, garden, and make things beautiful around their home.
