Obituary of Thad Wallis Mr. Thaddeus Jefferson Wallis II, (Thad a/k/a T.J.), passed away peacefully at Pine Pointe Hospice in Macon, GA on Tuesday April 11, 2023, after a courageous battle against metastatic bladder cancer. A native of Americus, Georgia, Mr. Wallis was born on March 10, 1946, to the late William Daniel Wallis and Floreid Pridgen Wallis. She was born in Webster County February 17, 1924, to Robert Arthur Hamlin and Maggie Massey Hamlin. She was the youngest of four children.
