Katherine M. O'Connell (Kate) passed away on April 18, 2020 from complications of COVID-19. Kate was born on May 24, 1940 at St. Vincent's Hospital in New York City the daughter of James Timothy and Adele Quilgan O'Connell. She is survived by her siblings: Colonel (Retired) James T.
