Betty Edith Mae Constable, 94, of Johnstown, passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2019. A daughter of the late Albert and Edith Haddock Box, she was born in Johnstown on March 31, 1925. A lifelong resident of Johnstown, Betty had formerly been employed in medical records at Conemaugh Memorial Hospital. She enjoyed volunteering at Mom's House and was very active in the women's auxiliary of the Upper Yoder Fire Department for many years. She is survived by a daughter and son in-law, Lisa and Michael Beatty of Donora, PA, and a grandson, Dennis and Anna Mahan of Clairton, PA. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Constable and a son, Albert Constable. ...
