Wayne was born on December 20, 1939, in Watertown, WI, the son of Clarence and Ada (Wendorf) Bentheimer. He was a 1958 graduate of Jefferson High School and served his county in the Army National Guard. On December 30, 1961, Wayne married Jheri Ann Mangan at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Lomira, WI. Al was born in Viroqua, WI on September 30, 1932, the son of Alfred and Jeanette (Fortney) Foskett. He moved to Jeferson at the age of 4 and attended St. John's Ev. Lutheran School and Jefferson High School. He joined the US Army in 1950 and served most of the 4-year enlistment in Germany. He graduated from Jefferson High School in 1974 and joined the US Marine Corp soon after. He was a radio operator and was stationed in 29 Palms, California, served in Korea, spent time in Okinawa, and was honorably discharged in 1983.
