Raymond (Ray) B. Phillips, beloved husband, father and brother passed away peacefully on November 2, 2019 at Halifax Health Hospice Center, Orange City, Florida. Ray was born in Greensboro, NC, on November 15, 1926 to Robert Burns Phillips and Gertrude Elizabeth Isley Phillips, both deceased. He was preceded in death by the love of his life, his wife of 63 years, Joan Abbitt Phillips. He was a devoted father to four children, Susan Phillips Marty, Deland, FL; Robert B.
