Kenneth Craig Bergman, 57, of Columbus, Indiana, died at 12:25 pm, Saturday, September 25, 2021, at Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus, Indiana. He was born August 10, 1964, in Washington D.C., to Paul M. and Diana C. (Kirby) Bergman. Kenneth was a 1982 graduate of Wabash High School, received his Bachelors in Computer Technology from Rose-Hulman, and his Masters in Computer Science from the Air Force Institute of Technology. He served in the US Air Force, worked for Cummins Engine and for the last 20 years worked at Eli Lilly Inc. in Indianapolis. Brooke L. Samson Ortiz, 41, formerly of North Manchester, Indiana died at 9:10 pm Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was born January 16, 1979 in Auburn, New Hampshire to John Samson and Celeste (Samson) Rockwell. Brooke was a 1998 graduate of MHS Memorial High School in Manchester, New Hampshire. She enjoyed spending time with her children. She suffered from multiple health issues as well as pneumonia. Andrew Jay "Andy" Inskeep, 44, of Ridgefield, Washington, died Thursday, August 6, 2020 in Skamania County, Washington, giving his life to save others. He was born on May 19, 1976 in Honolulu, Hawaii, to John and Joyce (Bush) Inskeep. Andy lived his life in complete service to God as a youth pastor in Indiana, Virginia, Kansas and Washington. He also served as a lead pastor in Colville, Washington. His desire was to lead teens to the light and love of Jesus so that they may come to know Him, live for Him and, one day, experience His kingdom fully. Betty Jean Dean, 92, of Wabash, Indiana, passed into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior on March 1, 2020 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was born November 28, 1927 in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, the daughter of Homer and Evelyn Heiser. She was one of ten children. Betty graduated from Tallmadge High School, Tallmadge, Ohio in 1945 where she captained the cheerleading squad. It was there where she met the love of her life, Donald Dean. Doris Verna Holmes, 91, of Wabash, Indiana, went to be with her Lord on 7:30 am, Sunday, January 12, 2020 at her home. She was born April 16, 1928 in South Whitley, Indiana to Harry and Mary (Meyer) Baublet. Doris married Gerald Holmes in Wabash on April 16, 1946; he died July 8, 1998. She was a cook for Gobles Public Schools and also co-owned, along with her husband, Holmes Antiques, both in Gobles, Michigan. She was a member of the First Church of God in Wabash, where she also taught Sunday School. She was a former member of the Wabash County Hospital Auxiliary.
