James W. (Shakey) LaClair Sr. Lupton, Michigan Mr. LaClair 76 passed away on Saturday May 4, 2022 at Horizon of West Branch with his family at his side following a courageous fight with dementia. He was born in Omer, Michigan on November 26, 1945 to the late Omar & Jane (Henderson) LaClair. He married the former Roxanne Malow on October 1, 1991 in Bay City, she survives him. Jim retired from General Motors Flint-Buick Motors in 1996 after 31 and a half years of service. He then moved to Lupton to enjoy the relaxation of hunting & fishing. He had a lifetime pleasure riding motorcycles and fast cars. His later years were collecting rocks / gems polishing them and gifting to family...
