David McMillan of Moncks Corner, SC, passed away on January 22, 2026. He was born on September 27, 1933 in Orangeburg, SC. Son of the late Edward McMillan and Ethel Zeigler McMillan, and widower of Betty Hazel McMillan. His family moved to Charleston when he was 13 years old. His fondest memories were that of growing up on 208 King St., and selling newspapers. He proudly served his country in the US Air Force and retired from civil service as an aircraft mechanic.
