Ellen Boice Kirchner, 96, of Suring passed away on July 13, 2023 in her home surrounded by her loving family. Ellen was born on January 30, 1927, in Kingston, New York to the late George and Nellie Boice. She graduated from Kingston High School in 1944. She graduated from Kingston Hospital through the war program in 1947. She was united in marriage to Elmer Martin Kirchner on November 9, 1947, in Kingston, New York. Elmer would routinely joke that the only reason he won her heart was because all the "good" guys had gone off to war. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at Gruetzmacher Funeral Home in Suring from 9 am until 10:45 am. Murylene R. Clements, age 82 of Suring, passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2022. Donald Walter Bank, age 86 of Townsend, passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2022. Don was born to Albert and Emma Bank on July 18, 1936 in Genoa City, WI. As a young man, he left small town Wisconsin to serve in the Army from 1959 to 1963. He served in the Color Guard and was stationed in Europe. Upon returning he met and married his first wife Lynn on June 9, 1962 at St. John's Church in Slades Corners, WI. They were married for over 40 years until her death in 2005. Tom was born on June 12, 1929 to the late Francis and Kathleen (O'Connell) Liner in Milwaukee. He began his career at Huntzinger Construction as a laborer and later worked for Maier Construction as a house painter. On January 9, 1960, Tom married Pat Heinze at St. Sebastian's Catholic Church in Milwaukee. The couple lived in the Milwaukee and Brookfield area for most of their lives. Herbert "Herb" A. Reichwald, age 96 of Dousman, passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021. Herb was born on November 16, 1925 to the late August and Olga (Moser) Reichwald in Gillett. He spent his childhood in Gillett and attended Gillett High School. At age 17, Herb enlisted in the U.S. Army during WWII. He was a part of the 596 Airborne Group and served in Italy, France, Belgium, and Germany. Herb was on his way to the Pacific when the war ended and was honorably discharged a few months after the war. Chuck was born on April 3, 1950 to the late Chester Charles Sr. and Jeannette (Larson) Snavely in Milwaukee, WI. He and Monica Vonnahme were married on November 13, 1970 at St. Mary's Church in Carlyle, IL.
