Anna R. Stenavich, age 95, passed away Thursday, September 15, 2022, at Cedar Crest Assisted Living. She was born in Racine, May 31, 1927, daughter of the late John and Lucia (Nee: Kitachevitz) Roslak and was a lifelong resident until 2014 moving to Janesville to be near family. Ann graduated from Washington Park High School "Class of 1945". On June 14, 1947, at Holy Name Catholic Church she was united in marriage to Walter M. Stenavich who preceded her in death May 5, 2016. He was born in Racine, WI, March 28, 1951, son of the late Duane and Betty (Nee: Azarian) James. Thomas graduated from Washington Park High School "Class of 1969", graduated as valedictorian from the University of Wisconsin - Parkside and graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin on May 29, 1977. Sheila W Sorkin, MD died Wednesday, January 13 in Milwaukee due to COVID-19. She was born on September 25, 1942, the daughter of Dr. Samuel and Hannah (nee Pessin) Sorkin, and grew up in Evansville, WI. She graduated from Evansville High School (Class of 1960) and went on to earn a BA from Northwestern University, a MD from Northwestern University Medical School, and later a post graduate degree in addiction medicine. Marilyn Agnes Fralich passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 27, 2019 after a brief but brave battle with cancer. She was 85 years old. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on January 22, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Leona (Nee: Schneider) Rosenbaum. She lived in Racine until she went to school at UW-Madison where she received her Bachelor of Science in 1947 and Master of Art in 1955. She taught English and Latin for one year in Mineral Point and for two years in South Milwaukee; then she taught all Latin for three years in Kansas City, Missouri.
