Douglas Charles Baxter, 62, passed away peacefully on May 5, 2022 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina after a brief bout with an aggressive and rare mucinous appendiceal cancer. Doug was born on April 18, 1960 in Ringgold, Georgia, the son of the late Joann Erwin Baxter and the late E.L. "Bud" Baxter.
