Richard B. Elder (Known to friends and family as "Dick") passed away in Exeter NH on July 5, 2021 at the age of 83. He was born in Kossuth PA, the son of the late Blaine Elder and Margaret (Sherry) Elder. Dick grew up in Knox, PA where he attended Keystone High School. He then graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (with distinction). He later received a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.
