Marsha Kay Foland, 69, of Arlington, Texas passed away peacefully on December 17, 2022. Mrs. Foland was born February 8, 1953 in Atlanta, Texas to Albert Monroe Duke and Mary Helen McGee Duke. "Marsha was an RN for 42 years. Marsha worked in emergency rooms in Texarkana at St. Michael's and at Hermann Memorial in Houston where she went on life flights to save lives.
