Kathleen Brooks Verschoyle, 82, of Atlanta, Texas went to be with the Lord September 29, 2024, in Dallas, Texas. Kathleen was born in Shreveport, Louisiana, to Dr. James and Rebecca Willis Brooks. She was raised in Atlanta, Texas, -the second largest Atlanta- and was proud to say she was a 5th generation Atlantean. Kathleen was a seven-term camper at Camp Waldemar, a boarder at The Hockaday School of Dallas, and graduated from Southern Methodist University where she was a member of Pi Beta Phi.
