Patricia Davis Nock, 80, of Bloxom and originally of Fruitland passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Born April 10, 1943 in Salisbury she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Leona Davis. Pat worked for many years as a Bookkeeper at Mountaire Poultry, was a cashier at Junior Board Shop at PRMC, and more recently was a well-known Walmart greeter in Onley, Virginia. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Salisbury who enjoyed singing, sewing and fishing. John Edward Ennis, 87, of Salisbury passed away Thursday, October 26, 2023 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake. Born in Westover, he was the son of the late Charles Edward and Loney Ennis. John was very proud to be a self-made man and worked very hard to make his own way. He was also extremely proud to be a veteran of the 82nd Airborne and an Army retiree. Following his service, he worked for many years with the Pennsylvania Railroad and later worked as a poultry producer for Perdue and Tyson.
