Beloved Rita Carol Leonall passed over into the spiritual world on June 24th, 2023, at the age of 87. She was the daughter of Oscar and Shelia Shrewsbury and sister of Norma Hurst. Carol was born and raised in Matoaka, West Virginia. She married Victor Carl Leonall on August 25, 1956, in Washington D.C. In 1957 they moved to her husband's hometown of Cheboygan, Michigan. She and Victor were devoted members of St. James Episcopal Church in Cheboygan and Church at Six Forks, in Raleigh, NC.
