Fred was born in Griffin, Georgia to the late Fred Campbell Walker and Josephine Faulkner Walker on November 20, 1936. He is preceded in death by sisters, Nancy Walker Polk and Patricia Walker Cobb and precious granddaughter, Caroline Lynn Walker.
