On Wednesday September 25, Judith L. Leavis, a loving wife and mother of two, passed away peacefully at age 77. Judy earned her Bachelors Degree at Cardinal Cushing College and her Masters at Boston College. She met her husband Paul in Boston in 1969. They were together for nearly 55 years. Judy was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She loved her family dearly and was happiest when they were all together. Judy was also an active member of the community. She and Paul had a small farm where they raised sheep, cows, pigs and chickens. Judy made butter and ice cream from the milk and spun wool into yarn.
