Thomas R. Petrie, 72, of Watertown, passed away at Rainbow Hospice on Saturday, January 24, 2026. Thomas Robert Petrie was born on March 4, 1953, to Rev. Jackson and Pauline (nee Schmidt) Petrie at Lutheran Hospital, Beaver Dam, WI, and baptized by his father at Zion Lutheran Church, Kingston, WI, on March 29, 1953. He attended St. Peter's Lutheran School, Fond du Lac, WI, through fourth grade, then Faith Lutheran, Fond du Lac, for the remainder of his elementary years. Tom was confirmed by Rev. Martin Janke at Faith on May 28, 1967. His Confirmation verse was Acts 16:31: "And they said, 'Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house."' Tom graduated from...

Robert L. Lewis, 88, of Watertown, passed away on January 16, 2026, at the VA Hospital in Madison. Robert was born on July 11, 1937, in Poynette, the son of Matthew and Valborg (Landsverk) Lewis. He married Donna Johnson on July 4, 1956, in Rio and the couple enjoyed 65 years together before her passing in 2021. Robert proudly served our country in the United States Navy, where he was the Chief, and retired from the military. He was a wonderful caregiver to Donna in her final years. Judith A. "Judy" Groll, 84 of Watertown, passed away peacefully on December 14, 2025, at her home surrounded by family. Judy was born on March 11, 1941, in Muskego, the daughter of Fred and Evelyn (Schaffer) DeMars. Judy enjoyed watching murder mysteries, especially Murder She Wrote, Law and Order: SVU, Matlock, and any true crime documentaries that she could find. When she wasn't watching crime shows, one of her other favorite series was Star Wars. Above all else, Judy's life was filled with love for her children and family. On July 16, 2022, Beau was united in marriage with Katie Najarian in La Crescent, MN. The couple enjoyed traveling together, especially to Florida where they loved spending time on the beach. He was born in the Town of Shields, WI to Fred and Ella (Hoefs) Ihde on October 3, 1929. Donald J. Peirick, age 70, passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Watertown Regional Medical Center. Don was born in Watertown, Wisconsin on July 7, 1955, the son of Clarence and Gertude (Byrne) Peirick. He grew up the only boy with six sisters which only challenged him to be more creative with the pranks he pulled. Don graduated from Watertown High School in 1973.
