After a year long battle fought with strength, dignity and grace, Shaun Floyd Boone lost her battle with cancer and went to join our Heavenly Father and her father in Heaven. She was born to Robert E. Floyd, Jr. and Jerry K. Floyd on July 27, 1965 in Harlingen, Texas. She left us for her heavenly home February 27, 2022, in Austin, Texas, surrounded by family and friends. William Baggett Busa passed away in his sleep on Thursday, February 3, 2022. He was born on August 17, 1930, to Jack and Mary Busa in Mercedes, Texas. Billy grew up in nearby Harlingen, where he attended school and made many lifelong friends. He attended Texas A&M University in College Station and moved back to the Valley to begin working with his uncle John McKelvey and father in the family business, McKelvey Industries.
