Robert J. "Bob" Zelenski, age 96 of East Troy, WI, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 28, 2025, at East Troy Manor. Bob was born on April 20, 1929, to John and Eleanor (Bieneman) Zelenski in Brighton, WI. Bob grew up in Brighton and was a graduate of St. Mary's Catholic High School in Burlington. He met and married the love of his life, Mary Ann Mitchell, in East Troy. Following their marriage in October 1956, they took over the Mitchell Family farm, and while raising their 5 children turned it into the Zelenski Family farm. Bottum, JoAnne M. Gargiulo age 86 of East Troy found peace surrounded by her family on Saturday November 2nd. JoAnne was born and raised in Chicago Il to Jerry and Mary Gargiulo. After graduating from Steinmetz High School, class of 1956, JoAnne completed her education with a degree in Nursing (RN) from Northwestern University. While practicing as a nurse at Ascension Resurrection Hospital, JoAnne met and married her husband of 57 years Dr. Michael Bottum. Married her late husband, Leroy E Denman (3/20/2006), lived for a time in LIndenhurst, IL and finally at the Heritage in East Troy, WI. She retired from Abbott Labs. Sharon had an altruistic heart, she loved crafts, giving crocheted figures to her nieces, nephews, friends and hospitals for patients to enjoy. She loved to laugh and watch people do the same. Tober Wallace Karl age 89 of Troy Center passed away peacefully Wednesday morning March 6, 2024 on the family farm surrounded by his family. Wallace was born to Emil and Laura Tober on December 13, 1934 in Spring Prairie. Wallace was a farmer for 89 years and proud to be one. He has been on the family farm since 1944. In his younger years he hauled milk with his brother Warren. In his later years he worked at the Elegant Farmer for 13 years, delivered the Waukesha Freeman for 5 years, and worked at the Walworth County Fair Grounds for 3 years. He was a railroad engineer for 40 years with the Milwaukee Road and retired from CP Rail. He was a former volunteer with the East Troy Railroad Museum. Dennis is survived by his dear wife Kathleen. Nadeane Marie Semrow passed away in her home on July 31, 2023 after a long battle with cancer. She was 82 years old. It would be wrong to say that Nadeane lost her battle because she never stopped fighting. No matter how sick she was, she was always determined. When many would have broken, Nadeane stayed strong. She showed us what resilience and perseverance truly look like. Nadeane loved to work in her gardens, read, pray the rosary and color with her grandchildren. Nadeane also loved to bake. Everyone is especially fond of her sugar cookies and Jello Jigglers! One of her favorite pastimes was playing the piano so her family could gather around her and sing along, especially at Christmas....

Donald C Trampe February 1, 1945 - July 16, 2023 Trampe, Donald C., Town of East Troy, passed away on July 16, 2023 from the effects of Parkinson's Disease. Don was born at home in the Town of East Troy on February 1, 1945 to Julius and Hilda (Bunk) Trampe. He attended East Troy schools, including Troy Lakes School next-door to the family farmhouse. He graduated from East Troy High School in 1963 and from Kenosha Technical Institute in 1965. He began work at Oilgear in Milwaukee on June 14, 1965 and would work there until his retirement on April 10, 2007. Hedwig M. "Hedy" Spaight entered eternal life on June 18, 2022 at the age of 90. She was born and raised in Stanley, WI and after time spent in Milwaukee and meeting her first love of her life, Frank Zube, the two moved to Burlington and operated a plastics factory near Waterford. Still owning that building today, she was forever grateful for her relationship with tenant and dear friend Richard Schwinn and Waterford Cycles.
