Stacie Ann (Matott) Batterman, 58, of Van Dyne, was called home to Heaven Thursday, August 31, 2023 at Ascension Mercy Hospital in Oshkosh. She was born March 1, 1965 in Chippewa Falls, the daughter of Robert Brown and Jeanine (Ouimet) Geissler. Stacie graduated from Cadott High School in 1983. On September 14, 1991 she married the love of her life, Randy Jay Batterman in Lake Tahoe, NV. Stacie worked in Medical Records for St. Agnes Hospital for 19 years until her retirement in March of 2023. Donna Rae Feldes, 87, of Fond du Lac, died on August 24, 2023, at the Fond du Lac Lutheran Home. She was born on February 18, 1936, in Illinois, the daughter of Robert and Grace (Morse) Durfee. Donna Rae attended Cedarburg High School. During her working career, Donna Rae was administrative support in banking. Donna Rae was a Packer, Brewer, and Badger fan. She was found at the racetrack for many years supporting her husband, could be found up north at the cottage where boating and fishing were favorite hobbies of hers'. Gerald W. Schrankler went to his eternal home on May 28, 2023, at the age of 90. He is survived by the love of his life, Helene (nee Gehler), 3 children Amy (Jerry Steiber), Anne, and David, 2 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Elsie Margaret Conant passed away on May 14th, 2023, at St. Francis Home Hospice in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin at the age of 89. She was ushered into Heaven peacefully, surrounded by family. The oldest of five siblings, Elsie was born to Frederick D. Long and Elsie M. Cappiello (Volinsky) in Brooklyn, New York (King County) on March 15, 1934. As a child and teenager, one of Elsie's favorite things to do was take the trips to Coney Island to walk the boardwalk, ride carnival rides and eat fair food. Kenneth C. Grainger, 79, of Stillwater, OK, died Saturday, October 1, 2022, at Stillwater Medical Center. He was born on February 5, 1943, in Fond du Lac, the son of William and Alice (Ayer) Grainger. On October 20, 1962, he married Peggy Schwartz in Fond du Lac. Kenneth was a former member of Immanuel Trinity Church and IAMAW Local 1947. He worked for Mercury Marine for 45 years until his retirement.
