92, of Largo, Florida and previously of Vineland, NJ, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2025. She was born October 25, 1932, in Queens, New York. She graduated from Vineland High School in 1950. She spent many years in retail selling children's clothing. She was predeceased by her parents, Nicholas and Sophie Cast; brothers, Nicholas and Michael Cast; husband, Charles Becker; sister-in-law, Barbara Milligan; niece, Cheryl Milligan. Joan is survived by her niece, Kim Milligan (Lee Brady); numerous other nieces and nephews and many dear friends who will miss her deeply. Services will be held in the spring. Loisanne Pfeifer Bilka, passed away on September 1, 2024. She was born on September 28,1931 to Lyla (Wirth) and Elmer Pfeifer in Pittsburgh, PA. Loisanne was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother as well as an accomplished educator. After graduating from South Hills High School in 1949, she married William (Bill) Bilka, with whom she raised two daughters. While raising her family, Loisanne attended the University of Pittsburgh and earned a bachelor's and master's degree. In 1971, she earned a PhD in Education.
