Tammy Ann Blouin, age 65, of Sedro-Woolley, passed away on November 3, 2023 at Flagler Hospital. She was born in Everett, Washington and grew up in Sedro-Woolley, Washington. In 1976 she graduated from Sedro-Woolley High School. In 2022 she retired as a paraprofessional from the Sedro-Woolley School District where she worked for 33 years. Recently in 2022 she moved to Saint Johns, Florida to live with her sister. Tammy enjoyed sewing, reading and loved going to used bookstores. More than anything she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Ronald R. Walther, age 90, of St. Augustine, Florida passed away on April 15, 2022 at the Bailey Family Center for Caring. He was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. After high school he served his country in the U.S. Army. Ronald then worked as an arbitrator for Bethlehem Steel for over 30 years. He was later employed by the Buffalo Children's Hospital as the Director of Personnel for 15 years. After retiring, he and his wife, Christine, would visit Naples, Florida in the winters. Her final days were spent at home surrounded by her adoring family and friends; Gerrie passed peacefully with the love of her life by her side. He was born in Wilmington, Delaware to the late Paul and Elsie Kirkley. After graduating from the University of Delaware, Paul began to work at the Coca-Cola plant in Wilmington, where he was the manager. He continued this work in Key West and then Easton, Maryland.
