Stanley J. Nobis, 86, of Taberg, passed away and was reunited with the love of his life on Friday, October 4, 2024, at Rome Health Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born on June 4, 1938, in Rome, the fourth child of Stanley P. and Mary Agnes (Bajda) Nobis. He enjoyed growing up on the family farm with his five siblings. He grew up proud of his polish heritage and his Catholic faith. He was a 1956 graduate of Camden High School. On September 12, 1959, Stan was united in marriage to Carol A. James A. Lowe, 77, of Happy Valley Rd., Verona, passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2024, at his home. He was born on September 15, 1947, in Patterson, NJ, the son of Donald and E. Jean (Cole) Lowe. He was a 1964 graduate of Monroe High School. Jim proudly served his country as a member of the United States Air Force until his honorable discharge. On September 21, 1968, he was united in marriage to the love of his life, Leatha J. Webb. He was faithfully devoted to her until her passing on October 24, 2018. Leonard F. Skibitski, 85, of Rome, passed away on Saturday, August 24th, 2024, after a thirteen-month battle surrounded by his family. He was born on October 1st, 1938, in Rome, the son of John B. and Nellie (Ostrowski) Skibitski. Lenny was a 1956 graduate of Holland Patent Central High School. He continued on to receive his associate's degree from SUNY Morrisville, Class of 1958. On April 18th, 1962, Leonard proudly enlisted to serve his nation as a member of the United States Army.
