Arthur K. "Skip" Kimball, 84, of North Bay, passed away peacefully on Friday afternoon, July 23, 2021, at the Abraham House in Rome. He was born on July 26, 1936, in Oneida, the son of Arthur B. and Esther M. Tofte Kimball. On July 19, 1955, Skip enlisted in the United States Army. He proudly served his country until his honorable discharge on May 4, 1957. On September 14, 1957, Skip was united in marriage to Rose Arline May in North Bay, a blessed union of forty-seven years, until her passing on December 17, 2004. Joseph J. Kulikoski, 76, of North Bay, died unexpectedly Monday, May 17, 2021 in the waters of Oneida Lake while trying to get his boat ramp in place for the upcoming boating season. Joe was born on October 19, 1944, in Johnson City, the son of Joseph L. and Mildred Harrington Kulikoski. A lifelong resident of Binghamton, he spent summer in North Bay with his father and stepmother and moved to North Bay in 2004. Joe was a graduate of Susquehanna Valley High School, class of 1963.
