Walter Carlton Scheider, age 77, of Jacksonville, Florida departed to be with our Heavenly Father on Monday, September 6, 2021. Walter, a God loving man, very beloved in his community for having a huge heart and a bigger smile who never met a stranger. Dr. Philip Davis Williams, Jr., born in September of 1930, passed away in Jacksonville, Florida on June 27, 2019. Dr. Williams was a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College and Temple University Medical School. Dr. Williams served in the U.S. Army as a First Lieutenant, then as a Captain. He served one year as a physician in Korea, then a second year as a physician at the U.S. Army Hospital at Ford Hood, Texas. He served an additional five years in the Reserves. After several years of private medical practice in Houston, Texas, Dr. Williams returned to his home state of Pennsylvania to do three years of internship in ophthalmology at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Pittsburgh....

William "Bill" Edwin Tully Jr., 96, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away August 30, 2018. He was born in Tallahassee, Florida on April 13, 1922. Bill attended some schools in Georgia and Alabama, then Andrew Jackson High School in Jacksonville, Florida. He enlisted in the United States Army Air Corps and served overseas with the 8th & 9th U.S. Army Air Corps in the ETO, the Army Airborne, 558th Bomb Squadron, 387th Bombardment Group during WWII, honorably discharged in 1945.
