Dwanda Weatherford Love was born on April 14, 1930 in Neshoba County Mississippi to Henry and Maudie Weatherford. She was married to Edwin L. Love on January 29, 1954. She graduated from Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor's degree in Home Economics Education. She taught Vocational Home Economics for six years. She also graduated from The Penn State University Food Service program where she was also employed as an Assistant Food Service Manager. He was a photographer, an avid cruiser, a cancer survivor and a longtime usher at the Annunciation Catholic Church in Altamonte Springs. His favorite job was being granddaughter Calliope's PoPoP.
