He was born September 14, 1945 to Jospeh Todd Mulvenny, Sr., British Diplomat, and Helen Medinger Mulvenny, teacher and Librarian. Todd and Donna were married in 1998 and recently celebrated 27 years of marriage. Born and raised in the Baltimore area, he and Donna moved to Salem, SC in 2020.
