Furman Durell Rochester, 82, husband of Nancy Gambrell Rochester, of 308 Horseshoe Drive, Seneca, SC, passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2024, at Oconee Memorial Hospital. A native of Salem, SC, Mr. Rochester was the son of the late Furman and Agnes Crumpton Rochester, He graduated from Salem High School, Salem, SC and from Clemson University. He retired in December of 2002 after 29 years of employment at Tri-County Technical College. A native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Mr. Blackmore was the son of the late Nathan Wallace and Amelia Louise Kepper Blackmore. Mr. Blackmore was a veteran and pilot of the United States Air Force having fought in Vietnam. He completed 30 years of service with the rank of Colonel Retired.
