Born on May 16, 1939, in Owego, New York, to Charles Delmont and Hannah Adams Tennant, Bruce was a devoted husband and a source of support, guidance and love to his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Having spent much of his career as a model maker for IBM, Bruce was a man who loved to tinker around in his backyard shop and could always be relied on for helping hand and a quick fix when his kids needed his help.
