Dateline: Clover, SC Marion "Hut" William Brown went to be with his Lord and Savior on March 21, 2020. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Hut is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Bonita Beverley Brown and his children, Teresa Williams (Ricky), Donna Harvey, Kelly Brown (William) and Tim Brown (Lora), as well as 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by sisters, Peggy Summers, Pat Brewington, Cathy Allman (Tim), and brothers, Tom Brown (Cindy), and Roger Brown. Teresa Lynn Ownbey (Dillard) of Charlotte, NC passed away peacefully in the arms of her children on the night of December 8, 2019. She loved riding her horse (Honey), her sheepdog (Skippy), the sounds of Neil Young, and was especially proud of her Native American heritage. She was funny, strong in her faith, and had so much love to give. As a long time employee of the Charlotte Observer, she was known for her tireless work ethic and always had a cup of coffee nearby. She is survived by her 3 children: Leah, Rachel and Eli, and her 4 grandchildren: Kaden, Landon, Maple and Jett. The family will hold a private memorial service in February.

Harry Lyn Kelly, of Charlotte, NC, a man who never met a stranger, passed away Sunday afternoon at Atrium Pineville, surrounded by loved ones. Lyn was born January 13, 1960 to Harry Lee Kelly and Juanita Young Taylor, of Charlotte, with both having preceded him in death. He is also preceded in death by Lloyd Taylor who loved him like a son. Lyn was a very outgoing, lively and loving man. He was a carpenter and remodeler by trade, and by night, loved his billiards, poker, relaxing and talking, and talking, and talking. He had an incredibly vast knowledge base of many different topics and was so very willing to share this knowledge and assist those around him. One of his favorite sayings...
