Of Brownsville, passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carlota Cavazos and Raul Candido De La Garza. Arturo De La Garza is survived by his wife, Blanca Cardenas De La Garza; children: Arturo De La Garza, Jr., Adele, Jose Arturo, and Maria G. De La Garza; several brothers and sisters; and 11 grandchildren. Private Cremation was held.
