was called home by our Lord on January 13, 2025, surrounded by his family. Jean was born in Brownsville, Texas to the late Margaret Raby Webb and Laurent Webb on July 14, 1937. Jean was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He loved his country and was very proud to be a Marine Corps Veteran. Having joined the military at the young age of 17, Jean's life was marked by an unwavering sense of duty. As a Marine, he served with distinction, a chapter of his life that shaped his character and his sense of patriotism, honesty, and integrity.
