Joyce K. Martin, 69, of Logansport passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at her home surrounded by family. Born on May 4, 1951 in Monmouth, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late George and Betty (Meehan) Whitehall. On October 3, 1970 she married the love of her life David L. Martin and he survives. After graduating from Monmouth High School in 1969, Joyce and Dave spent two years in Germany while Dave served in Armed Forces. Upon returning to the States Joyce and David started a loving family in Monmouth IL. In 1986 David and Joyce relocated to Logansport IN.
