Bob was born on March 25, 1942, in Lynn, Massachusetts, son of Wilbur and Ethel (Baker) Spurr. Bob worked as a heavy equipment operator with the Union IUOE Local 4 in Boston, a career that spanned several decades. On Tuesday April 8th, 2025, at 4:55 pm Roger Joesph Kent passed away peacefully with his daughter Johanna by his side. His family will miss him greatly. Roger was born on June 29, 1937, at Huggins Hospital to Helen (Rossitter) and Donald Kent of Wolfeboro NH. Roger attended Carpenter School and was later a graduate from Brewster Free Academy in 1955. He served in the military and was a proud Paratrooper in the 101st Airborne. Roger was an avid hiker and skier. He was very proud that he had skied until he was 80 years old.
