Pamela Susan Palmer (n?e Cobb), 76, of Houston, Texas, passed away on December 7, 2024. Born on October 24, 1948, in Wichita, Kansas, she was the daughter of the late Helen Patricia Cobb. Pamela was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend who devoted her life to caring for those she loved. She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Palmer, her son, Mark Palmer (and wife Angela), and five grandchildren: Elliot, Emma, Anna, Bentley, and Benjamin. Pamela's warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for her family will be deeply missed by all who knew her. He earned his degree in physics from Grinnell College in Iowa, and a Masters of Divinity from Boston University School of Theology. Roy served as a Methodist minister at many churches throughout East Texas and was a valued member of the Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church. It has been two years since the passing of our son, Robert Lawrence Foye on January 13th, 2018, and we know that everyone remembers him fondly. He was 19 years old. Robert was the oldest of four children, with a brother and two sisters, and spent most of his life outside the US. We moved to Hong Kong when he was two months old. When Robert was three, we moved to London, where he later attended a neighborhood school (in his tie and cap) and learned to ride a bike in Hyde Park.
