Rosie was united in Holy Matrimony to Bruno Cortez Jr. on February 14, 1974. They were blessed with two sons. Velma Cinderella "Cindy" Dutchover Carrasco was born in Pecos, Texas on August 16, 1932, to Ben and Lucille Dutchover of Balmorhea, Texas. The youngest of two daughters, Cindy and her sister worked on the family's cotton farm until she married. Cindy married Robert Martinez Carrasco on August 26, 1951.
