She was born in Louisville, Kentucky on May 11, 1944 to Morris Bridgewater and Odessa (Inman) Bridgewater. She graduated from Greenfield High School. On June 12, 1965, Gloria married Robert E. Bainter in Greenfield, Indiana. She was a homemaker for her family. For many years, Gloria was a member of the Greenfield Wesleyan Church, where she was the leader of the Children's Ministry. He was born in Shirley, Indiana on January 3, 1953 to Ralph and Charlotte (Mummert) Rumple. Lewie graduated from Eastern Hancock High School in 1971. He married Jill Ann (Jones) Ebbert on April 7, 1972. For more than 28 years, he worked for Eli Lilly as a senior technician before retiring in 2008. Mr. Ebbert was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, the Kiwanis Club of Greenfield, the NRA, and often volunteered at the Kenneth Butler Memorial Soup Kitchen.
