Our beautiful mother Lyn Allen passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2024. Her journey now takes her to spend eternity with our heavenly God with whom she has had an amazing relationship with. Our family has been blessed to have had such an amazingly strong woman as our spiritual guide. We will miss her presence and love until we meet again. Lyn was born on May 25, 1942 in Bowling Green Kentucky to the late E. Wendell, Sr and Vivian Allen. Paul F. Derridinger, 86, met Jesus in the early morning hours of April 4, 2023 at the Masonic Homes in Louisville, KY after a seven month battle with cancer. He was born January 12, 1937 in Paradise, PA, the third of five children born to Richard Leo Derridinger and Catherine Anne (Klein) Derridinger. Betty Sue (Stanley) Jordan, born November 24, 1934, in Middlesboro, KY passed away at home in Louisville KY on March 1, 2023. Betty graduated from Pineville High School, Pineville KY in 1952. After graduation, she attended Spencerian Commercial College in Louisville KY and later Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate TN. Betty had a passion for acting and played leading roles in Junior and Senior Class plays and acted in several plays at the Middlesboro Little Theater. She was crowned Miss Bell County in 1955. Marilyn Noe Troutman passed away July 7th at the Hosparus inpatient unit at Norton Pavilion in Louisville, Ky. Marilyn was born and raised in Wallins Creek, Ky. She was a Wallins Creek High School graduate as well as graduate of Cumberland University. Marilyn started her career with Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital in 1953 as a stenographer and retired as the Administrative Assistant to the Hospital Administrator in 1994. She was a member of The Kingdom Center, where she loved to worship Jesus. She was an avid lover of the outdoors with a special interest in fishing.
