Dwight Wade Sorrells, age 70, of Pine Level, NC passed away peacefully and went to his heavenly home on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield, NC. He was born in Montgomery, AL on May 28, 1951 to the late Wilburn and Irene Sorrells. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Linda Pender Sorrells and their dog Remi; son, Jason Sorrells and wife Anne of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Jane Lowry, Lilly and Wade; daughter, Shannon Young and husband Timm of Belmont, NC; sister, Becky Garrard of Wetumpka, AL; brother-in-law Eric Bradshaw (Jennifer); sister-in-law Phyllis Pender and many nieces and nephews.
