Steven Ralph Langley was the second baby boy born to H.W. (Buddy) and Martha Ann Hambrick Langley on Valentine Day, February 14, 1955, at 9:00 a.m. Steven attended Tyler Public Schools. After graduating from Robert E. Lee in the Class of 1973, he attended Tyler Jr. College. He later began working in oil production and domestic landscaping. Steven was a longtime member of the Smith Temple Church of God in Christ all of his life. He served in all of the children ministries under Superintendent W.B. Bookman.
