He was born in La Crosse, WI on November 23, 1946 to Carl and Gladys (Anderson) Bronson from Cashton, and it was there he met his soul mate, Barbara, in the nursery at the same hospital. She was born that day 9 minutes after him. They met again 20 years later after graduating from High School and while attending WWTC in 1966. They were married on November 28, 1970 in Onalaska. She was born on August 31, 1940, to Robert and Inez (Mattison) Thompson at Ovitz Hospital in Laona, WI. On October 25, 1958, Della married Edward P. Lehmann at St. Paul's Evangelical Church in the Town of Polk. Their life together was filled with travel, music, and dancing (especially polka) and their devotion to one another was a constant source of inspiration to family and friends. Betty Jane Weis (nee McKee), age 92, died peacefully at the Lasata Care Center in Cedarburg on July 14, 2025. She was born on December 28, 1932, in Lake City, PA to John and Lavinia McKee. Betty was in the U.S. Marine Corps and there she met and later married her love, the late Wallie A. Weis on May 14, 1955. Betty was an avid outdoor lady. Karl S. Gentz, age 96, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 11, 2025 at Cedar Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born on June 24, 1928 in Blackwell, WI to Frank C. and Cora M (nee Akey) Gentz. Karl grew up in Blackwell where he enjoyed hunting and fishing, and helping on the family farm.
