Clinton Offie Proctor Jr., age 64 of Castle Hayne passed peacefully Sunday April 24, 2022 at home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born January 22, 1958 in Dale County AL son of Dorothy Saunders Proctor and the late Clinton Proctor Sr. He is survived by his wife, Becky Gibbs Proctor; son Jeremy D. Proctor and wife Christa of Castle Hayne; daughter, Katie Billings and husband Jonathan of Castle Hayne; six grandchildren, Emilee, Dustin, Liam, Haleigh, Abigail, and Jaxon; sister, Tammy Manning and husband Mel of Wilson; father in law, Reverend Carl Gibbs; and many nieces and nephews.
