Scott A. Thomas passed peacefully at his home on Tuesday June 12, 2024, with family at his side, one day after his 60th birthday. He was born on June 11, 1964, in Akron, the son of Donald E and Wilma P. Porter Thomas. He graduated from the Roosevelt High School class of 1982. Soon after he started working for Giant Eagle, he worked 30 plus years for them until his health caused him to step down. Scott was very involved in the Native American culture and enjoyed Spirt Dancing, Powel Wow. He was an enormous Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
