Julian Michael LeBeau, aka "Sim", 61, of Spearfish, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 27, 2020 at Monument Health Hospice in Rapid City, after a brief illness. Sim was cremated and inurnment will be at Mossman Cemetery in Ridgeview, SD at a private service for immediate family only, at a later date. Sim was born on November 16, 1959 to Martin and Gladys (Claymore) LeBeau in Eagle Butte, SD; the fifth of eight children born to this union. As a very small child he received his unique nickname when his dad watched the old western "Rage at Dawn" with Randolph Scott, after a character in the movie named Simeon "Sim" Reno. Dawn Bad Warrior, 46, of Timber Lake, died Tuesday, July 30, 2019, as the result of a car accident near Eagle Butte. Funeral services will be 10:00a.m., Saturday, August 3, at St. John's Episcopal Church, Eagle Butte. Burial will follow in the Green Grass Cemetery.
