Peggy Quinn Frye was born in Mitchellsburg, Kentucky on September 5, 1941. She passed suddenly at the University of Kentucky Hospital and went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 28, 2025. Peggy was the daughter of the late Earl Thomas Quinn and Kathryn Price Quinn of Mitchellsburg. She was a graduate of the class of 1960 at Perryville High School and later graduated from Fugazzi Business College in Lexington in 1961.
