Marilyn J. Allcock, 86, of Charlotte, NC, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025. She was born on February 7, 1939, in Chicago, IL, to Richard Bowen and Loretta McInerney. Marilyn was predeceased by her parents, her sister Patricia Haas of Chicago, and her beloved husband, Harry. Marilyn was a graduate of Mundelein College in Chicago and went on to work as a chemist for The American Chemical Society. In 1968, she moved to Rockville, MD, after marrying Harry. The couple later retired to Wilmington, NC in 1992, where they spent 32 wonderful years living on the golf course at the Country Club of Landfall. Meg was born and raised in Evanston, Illinois, the daughter of Frank and Belle (nee Greenley) Macgibeny. Courtney Langdon, 46, passed away after fighting metastatic breast cancer for more than four years. She demonstrated great bravery during her battle and never complained.
